With Photos or Files in Split View, drag items onto the vault. Each file is encrypted as it lands.
The grid
More columns, same grouping by month, same search and filter. Videos stream from the encrypted file, so a large screen and a large video are fine together.
One vault on both devices?
Not yet as live sync. What works today: back up on one device, then restore on the other with the recovery phrase. One device owns the backup at a time, so the restored device takes over uploading. Live sync between devices is on the list for a later version.
Landscape and keyboards
Landscape works. The pattern grid stays square and centred, so drawing with a finger on a big screen is still one motion.
