Terms of use

Last updated 22 October 2026. Zippie Ltd, Nanyuki, Kenya.

What Vaultpod is

An app that encrypts files on your device. It has no accounts and no server of ours. By using it you agree to these terms and to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement.

Your keys, your responsibility

Your pattern and recovery phrase are the only ways into a vault. We cannot reset, recover or bypass them. If you lose both the device and the phrase, the files are gone. Keep backup on and write the phrase down.

Purchases

Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Apple ID settings. The annual plan may include a free trial; cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that never expires. Refunds are handled by Apple. If a subscription ends, your files stay viewable and exportable; only adding beyond the free limits pauses.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vaultpod to store or distribute material that is illegal where you are.

No warranty

Vaultpod is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it is free of defects. To the extent the law allows, Zippie Ltd is not liable for lost data or other damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.
